Before launching House of Wise, I spent five years as Vice President of Marketing at The Knot Worldwide, where I oversaw brand and product marketing for The Knot and WeddingWire. My entrepreneurial journey began in the wedding industry, first as an international wedding planner working with David Tutera and then as the founder of a tech start-up serving that industry. I started my career in professional services at Ernst & Young, where I led the marketing efforts for their Entrepreneur Of The Year program. My diverse background has equipped me with a unique perspective on marketing, branding, and community building.

 

Your biggest achievements

 

One of my most significant achievements is founding House of Wise and growing it into a brand that resonates with so many people. We recently raised $2 million to further our mission, a testament to the belief investors have in our vision. During my time at The Knot Worldwide, I played a crucial role in expanding the brand’s reach and influence. Launching a technology start-up in the wedding industry and successfully navigating its growth and challenges was another milestone I’m proud of. Additionally, working with David Tutera and planning high-profile weddings gave me invaluable insights into brand building and customer experience.
