I’m Federica Brancale, a seasoned expert in digital marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). After founding Marketing Freaks and managing data analysis for the Calzedonia group, I moved to Intarget, where I currently lead CRO initiatives and facilitate co-creation processes for multinational clients.

At Intarget, I manage CRO and co-creation processes for clients like L’Oréal, UNICEF, MTV, Remax, Sofidel, and Moncler. I also developed the Conversion Rate Optimization area at Intarget, managing A/B tests for companies such as IBS, De’Longhi Group, Kiko, and Pampers through Agile management techniques. Additionally, I’m a lecturer for various institutions and universities across Italy and Spain, sharing my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of marketers.

Founding Marketing Freaks was a pivotal moment in my career, allowing me to create a platform for innovative marketing strategies. At Calzedonia, I honed my skills in data analysis, setting the stage for my current role at Intarget, where I’ve successfully led CRO projects for major brands. Developing the CRO area and team at Intarget and managing A/B tests for renowned companies has been a significant achievement, as has my work as a lecturer and author. My three published books, “Data Driven Marketing,” “Beyond Design Thinking,” and “CRO & UX Design,” have been well-received and contribute to the industry’s body of knowledge.
